Train leaders who actually lead

We run intensive programs for senior managers and executives who need sharper decision-making, clearer communication, and measurable results from their teams. Based in Sherbrooke, serving organizations across Quebec and beyond.

Who we are

Executive coach in a modern office

Built for the people who carry the weight

Leadership Scorecard was founded in 2018 by a team of organizational psychologists and former C-suite operators. We noticed a gap: most leadership training felt generic. Modules about "synergy" and "vision" that left executives politely nodding but unchanged.

Our approach is different. We assess each participant with a proprietary diagnostic before day one. That diagnostic covers four domains: strategic clarity, interpersonal influence, operational discipline, and adaptive capacity. The resulting scorecard becomes the backbone of every session, every exercise, every follow-up call.

Seven years in, we have worked with 140+ organizations ranging from 50-person tech firms to 3,000-employee manufacturers. Our retention rate for returning clients sits at 82%.

Training programs

Each program is customized after a diagnostic assessment. No off-the-shelf slide decks.

Strategic decision-making

A 3-day intensive where participants work through real scenarios from their own organizations. We use structured decision protocols, red-team exercises, and post-mortem analysis. Participants leave with a personal decision framework they can apply the following Monday.

Executive coaching (1-on-1)

Twelve sessions over six months, each 90 minutes. Your coach has held a VP or C-level role before joining our team. Sessions focus on specific challenges you face right now: a difficult board relationship, a restructuring, a stalled product line. No abstract theory.

Team alignment workshops

Designed for leadership teams of 4 to 12 people. Over two days, we surface misalignments in priorities, communication habits, and accountability structures. The output is a documented operating agreement the team co-authors on site.

Leadership scorecard diagnostic

Our signature assessment. A 360-degree review combined with a structured self-assessment and a 45-minute interview. You receive a detailed scorecard across four domains, with specific development targets and benchmarks against leaders in your industry sector.

Crisis leadership simulation

A full-day pressure test. We simulate organizational crises (regulatory, financial, reputational) and observe how your team responds in real time. Debriefs happen immediately after each round. Participants consistently rate this as the most uncomfortable and most valuable day of their career development.

Ongoing performance tracking

After any program, we offer quarterly check-ins for 12 months. We re-administer portions of the diagnostic, track progress against targets, and adjust development plans. This is where lasting change happens: not in the workshop room, but in the months after.

How it works

01

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation to understand your organization, the specific leadership challenges you face, and which program fits. No sales pitch; we ask questions and listen.

02

Diagnostic assessment

We deploy the Leadership Scorecard diagnostic to all participants. This takes about two weeks, including the 360-degree feedback collection and individual interviews.

03

Program delivery

Training happens on-site at your location or at our Sherbrooke facility. Group sizes stay below 12 to ensure every participant gets direct attention.

04

Follow-up and tracking

Quarterly reviews over the next year. We measure behavioral change against the initial scorecard. If targets are not being met, we adjust the approach.

What clients say

"The crisis simulation exposed blind spots our team had been dancing around for two years. Uncomfortable? Absolutely. But we restructured our incident response process the week after, and it has already paid off during a real supply chain disruption."

"I was skeptical about another coaching engagement. My previous experience was a lot of nodding and open-ended questions. This was nothing like that. My coach challenged my assumptions directly and gave me frameworks I still use daily, eight months later."

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical engagement last?
It depends on the program. A standalone workshop runs 2 to 3 days. Executive coaching spans 6 months. If you add quarterly follow-up tracking, the full engagement can run 18 months from start to final review. We scope everything during the discovery call so there are no surprises.
Do you work with organizations outside Quebec?
Yes. About 30% of our clients are based in Ontario and the Maritimes. We travel to your site for workshops and conduct coaching sessions via secure video when distance makes in-person meetings impractical. The diagnostic is fully remote.
What makes the Leadership Scorecard diagnostic different from other 360 tools?
Two things. First, it includes a structured interview, not just survey data. Survey responses alone miss context. Second, we benchmark against leaders in your specific sector, not a generic population. A manufacturing VP gets compared to manufacturing peers, not to a blended average that includes healthcare administrators and tech founders.
Can individual executives enroll, or do you only work with teams?
Both. Executive coaching is always one-on-one. Workshops and simulations require a minimum of 4 participants. If you are a solo founder or executive without a team to bring, the coaching program is the right fit.
What is the investment range?
Executive coaching starts at $8,500 for the 6-month program. Team workshops range from $12,000 to $25,000 depending on group size and customization depth. We provide a detailed proposal after the discovery call with no obligation.
